  Build Back Business from Crisis (B3C) has been made possible by bringing together the expertise base and resources of UNIDO's ongoing technical cooperation projects in the MSME sector in India, implemented in collaboration with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Development Commissioner MSME, the Department of Heavy Industry (DHI) and the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), with the generous funding of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), DPIIT and DHI. The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) is the specialized United Nations organization that supports its developing country member states to achieve inclusive and sustainable industrial development, in accordance with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, in particular Sustainable Development Goal 9. In India, UNIDO supports government, businesses and other organisations to achieve: productive and resilient MSMEs; solutions for climate, resources and environment; in
